FAQ

To be notified when an item is back in stock, choose one of the following:

• Register for an email notification of restocking on the product page
• Register for "Receive restock notifications" on LINE

Once the item is back in stock, we will notify you by email or LINE.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa/Master/American Express/JCB)
• Shop Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay
• PayPay
• Pay Later

You will be notified of the invoice amount via email or SMS (short message) between the 1st and 5th of the month following the date of confirmation of your use.

Payment can be made via convenience store payment or bank transfer.

If you use direct debit :

Automatic withdrawals will be made on the 27th of each month (or the next business day if that is a bank holiday).

We will inform you of the deduction amount and date by email after the 16th of each month, so please check your deposit balance by the business day before the deduction date.

You can check your order in the following ways:

• Link in the automated email sent after purchase
• For registered customers : Check from My Page
• For customers who are not registered as members : You can check your details on your My Page by registering as a member after purchase. *When registering as a member, please register the email address used at the time of purchase.

This is only available for orders prior to shipping.
If you would like to change your order, please contact us via the inquiry form or email (info@landtokyo.com).

Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the timing.
We would appreciate it if you could contact us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify multiple shipping addresses in one order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Gift wrapping is available.
Please specify in the following way:

• Please select "gift wrapping or not" on the product page .
• If you would like multiple items gift wrapped, please indicate the items you would like to include in the order notes on the shopping cart screen .

If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we will process a refund after confirming the return of the product.

*Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days.

*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

Once we receive your contact, we will cancel your order and process your refund.

You can get a receipt in the following ways:

• Order confirmation page
• Purchase history on My Page
• Shipping notification email

In both cases you can download and print them in PDF format.

*You cannot download or print a PDF receipt for products that have not yet been shipped, so please obtain it after delivery.

If you would like to purchase in-store, we offer a reservation service. Please let us know the following information via the inquiry form or email (info@landtokyo.com):
