[How to order]

■From product selection to cart confirmation ①Select the type and quantity on the product page and click the "Add to cart" button.
If you would like gift wrapping, check "Gift wrapping."
② Once you have finished selecting your products, click the cart button in the top right corner of the screen.
③Check the contents of your cart, including the type and quantity of products.
④Enter the delivery area and delivery date if you have one.
⑤If there are no errors in the details, click the "Proceed to payment" button.

■From entering delivery information to completing payment ① Enter your contact information and delivery address.
*If you have already registered an account, click the "Login" button and enter your registered email address and password to log in.
②Select your payment method and enter the required information.
*If your billing address is different from your shipping address, enter your billing address.
*For deferred payment (Paypal), please make sure to check the payment method carefully before selecting it.
3. Click the "Pay Now" button. Your order will now be complete.
Your order details will be automatically sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is completed. If you do not receive an email, it may be because you entered your email address incorrectly or the email was not delivered due to a system error. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us directly at "info@landtokyo.com".

■Product Delivery Normally, products are shipped within 1 to 3 days after payment. (For some products, such as those shipped directly from the manufacturer, we may not be able to meet your desired delivery date even if you specify one.)
Once the shipment is complete, we will send you a shipping completion email.

*If you change the delivery address after the product has been shipped, an additional shipping fee will be charged. Payment must be made on delivery, and the forwarding fee of each delivery company will be applied to the amount.

[About the delivery note]

The invoice will be included in the delivered package. In addition, in the case of direct gift shipping (when the gift is designated and the orderer and recipient are different), the invoice will not be included in the package in order to conceal the amount.

[Regarding receipt issuance]

Please download it yourself from the link on the order completion screen or in the shipping email we will send you after your product has been shipped.
If you are unable to download from the link above or would like to change the name on the receipt, please contact us using the following method.
■How to contact us Please send an email to "info@landtokyo.com", with the subject "Request for receipt", and in the body of the email, include your order number (the 5-digit number beginning with #) and the name of the recipient of the receipt.



[How to handle long-term absences]

If one week has passed without you receiving the item due to reasons such as not being at home when it was delivered, the package will be automatically returned to LAND. When the returned item arrives, we will contact you at the email address you registered to confirm whether you would like it resent or canceled. Please see below for details on each response.
If you would like to have the item re-shipped, we will request the shipping fee again and ship the item once we have confirmed your payment.
If you wish to cancel: We will refund the product price minus the shipping fee incurred at the time of delivery. (In this case, even if the order is free shipping for orders over 11,000 yen (tax included), we will deduct the shipping fee set for each delivery area.)

[Returns/exchanges]

If the product is damaged or different from your order, please contact us by email at info@landtokyo.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly refund or exchange the product (in this case, shipping costs will be borne by LAND).
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days have passed since the product arrived, even if it is unopened.
Please be sure to contact us before returning the product. If you return the product without contacting us, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (other than damage to the product), please contact us by email at info@landtokyo.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return procedure. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return.

[About gift wrapping]

We offer free gift wrapping. If you are specifying multiple items as gifts, please specify your desired wrapping method (individually wrapped, wrapped multiple items together, etc.) in the comments section. If you are specifying multiple items as gifts and do not specify a wrapping method in the comments section, each item will be individually wrapped.
