A beautiful series of heat-resistant glass kettles by Trendglas-Jena, a company that has taken over and continues to produce Jena glass, a heat-resistant glass with a long history in Europe.
It can be used over a direct gas flame. The flames and boiling water visible through the glass are somehow refreshing and entertaining, even while you wait for the water to boil.
The Classic is a large capacity pot that holds 1.75L. It is recommended for preparing cold tea in advance or for serving tea bags in boiled water.
