Ancient Pottery Cup & Saucer Gray
The cup has a flat lip and an octagonal bottom, and the saucer is octagonal with a curved rim.
The key point is the mismatch between the delicate form and the coarse glaze that seems to be a different material.
It is lightweight and easy to hold, and the saucer can also be used as a small plate.
A bluish gray with a lovely texture reminiscent of copper rust.
The subtle colors that emerge from the kiln-fired mixture of brown, blue, and white are unique and create beautiful scenes on the surface of the pottery.

*Ancient Pottery glazes change color significantly depending on the temperature, and even the same product will have color variations depending on its position in the kiln and the environment.
*Please note that only the logo area on the bottom is not glazed, so the surface may be raised.
*Blackening will occur when the product comes into contact with oil or acid. It will be noticeable at first, but the more you use it, the more it will blend in and change to a more tasteful color.

About handling
- Please avoid using the product for purposes other than its intended use.
・When using a microwave or oven, be careful of sudden temperature changes as this may cause cracks.
*For example, place a cold container that has been stored in the refrigerator into a warm oven and cook it, or immerse it in water immediately after heating it in the microwave or oven.
-Please note that BRASS color will darken if exposed to acid for a long period of time.
- Metal scouring pads and cleansers can cause scratches.
・After use, remove any dirt promptly, dry thoroughly, and store in a place with low humidity.
- Soaking for a long time or leaving food in it can cause discoloration, mold, and odors.
・Since this product is handmade, there may be some variation in the finished product depending on various conditions.
・We use glazes that can cause uneven coloring and glaze drips. Please enjoy the expression of the vessel and how it changes over time.
