Pueblo is one of Badalassi Carlo's representative vegetable tanned leathers, and is made from cowhide shoulder leather tanned using the traditional "Vacchetta method."
The grain surface is filed to raise the nap and then polished with a brass brush to lay the nap flat, resulting in a slightly rough, matte finish. This gives the leather a strong, rich look that cannot be achieved with smooth or embossed leather.
The aging process occurs quickly, so the more you use it, the deeper the color will become and the more natural the luster will become.
